Η τοιχοποιία παρουσιάζει ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον, δεδομένου ότι στα κάτω μέρη των τοίχων αποτελείται από spolia, ψηλότερα από ογκώδεις πωρόλιθους, ενώ κοντά στις κεραίες είναι κατασκευασμένη με τέλειο πλινθοπερίκλειστο σύστημα, το οποίο πλέον δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα ευδιάκριτο, αφού οι τοίχοι του ναού έχουν καλυφθεί με ασβέστη.
