Great food, with great prices. Avocado - kinoa salad was refreshing and tasty. Pizza was true Italian and thin. Service was excellent, very polite and professional.

Cozy place and aesthetically perfect. Love the atmosphere and the food! Service was also excellent!

Food quality, at a high level, with nice interesting flavors, properly served. Large and varied wine list. Very good and prompt service, friendly attentive environment. A place you definitely want to visit again and again ...

We had some very good vegetable pizza and al dente pasta arrabiata.

What an absolutely horrific experience! We walked into this completely empty restaurant at 6 pm and requested a table, only to be given the most awful table directly adjacent to the toilets. When we asked to move to a larger table, we were told it was impossible, as a larger party might walk through the door at any moment! As I was staying close by, I walked by the restaurant at both 7 pm and 8 pm, and it was completely empty at those times, so clearly it was a total fabrication that we could not be seated where we had requested. At that point, I reentered the restaurant and asked for the contact information for the owner. I was given a card for the owner, whose name supposedly was Elena, and I was invited to speak with her at the restaurant in one hour. When I called the restaurant at that time, I was told that Elena was not available (surprise, surprise). I then stopped by the restaurant, at which point the same waiter who had been rude to us earlier (Demetrios, supposedly) met me at the door and threatened to call the police. I told him to go right ahead. At that point, a non-English speaking bartender was procured who claimed to be the owner (the elusive Elena!) who offered a half hearted apology through the translation of a hapless server. When asked what might make the situation right, I suggested that an apology from Demetrios would be a good start. Their response: “We cannot do that, no one can control Demetrios!”. At that point, I mentioned that Demetrios had threatened to call the police on me even for daring to complain, and with nervous looks in their eyes, the staff summoned Demetrios for a lengthy conversation in Greek. With hate in his eyes, Demetrios then appeared to utter the words “I am sorry sir” through clenched teeth. Not a real apology, of course, but a show to get me to leave. As I left, I informed the staff that this was the worst service I had experienced in many months in Greece (which surprisingly did seem to resonate given Greece’s famed hospitality culture). Given the gamesmanship and obvious disregard for customers and their complaints, I would suggest that future visitors skip Itria completely and avail themselves of one of the many other superb dining options that Napflio has to offer.

Tiny 2” (5cm Buratta) with 2 cut cherry tomatoes cut in halves. After the buratta waited a long time for the rest and realized that they didn’t even bring bread or something to pass the time. Ordered Arrabiatta, I received it with Spaghetti, (my bad, it’s says spaghetti on the menu) however, I blindly ordered Arrabiatta because Arrabiatta is “Penne al Arrabiatta” that’s the dish, with penne only. Anyway, the spaghetti was soft, there was no tomato sauce and all you taste was hot pepper, bland tasting without the tomato sauce. Pizza Margherita was basically a thin cracker with cheap grated mozzarella, Margherita must have at least Basel to make it the Italian flag. Now I have to go somewhere else to eat. I’m sorry for the owner, I had high hopes because the place looks nice but the food is ZERO.

Here we go, first of all will talk about the food quality and taste and to be fair the appetisers was nice then the main course came after more than 50 mins and wasn’t that good or what we expect The atmosphere is so noisy and the table that we sit on it was dirty Regarding the price it is not affordable according the taste and the service The restaurant was almost full and there is only two waiters to serve. The overall bill was 62.5€
