The staff was helpful, friendly and clearly happy with their work. They were able to recommend some delicious Cretan wines that perfectly complemented our meals Ask in the mornings to learn when the day’s catch will arrive and then return to pick out your fish. Make your reservation in advance, if at all possible. We ate here three separate times. Really good!

Very generous postion, so much seafood inside. Please note that the pasta should be ordered beforehand, at least in 40 - 60 minutes. It is worth trying. We ordered pasta for 4 people. We couldnt eat even a half. Please order for 2 people, the portion is increadibly large. We took the left with us. Pork and cretan salad was also tasty. I cant mention the owner, he made our evening, the atmosphere he created was incredible. We were like close relatives, his humor, hospitality is 10 of 10. Thank you!!!

They have the best μελιτζανοσαλάτα (aubergine salad/purée/dip), you can order a glass of ouzo as apéritif, very good pork souvlaki, different greek dishes such as mousaka or goat in casserole (though not everyday, a part of their menu are dishes that may not be avalaible everyday) and a huge variety of tasty fish eg. sword fish. Also seftaliá is a good dish you can't get in other Loutranian tavernas I think. The waiters are very nice too and the service is quick. After the meal you can order yourself a freddo but no need for additional desserts as they will treat you with some raki (or rather τσικουδιά;) as digestif and some sweets (like loukoumades which were really good). Overall the best place for dinner I'd say, the menu is very broad so you can find something for yourself. Although I'd say that going there at 6 pm is a good idea as lager at 8 pm the place is stuffed with people. They serve breakfast too. Nothing out of ordinary but it's good.

The prices are fair and hasn't changed much in two years, the service is excellent and extremely quick during lunchtime, the food is fresh and tasty. It's clean, well kept and absolutely worth your time and money! We keep coming back.
