J	Jan Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my children (32, 28, 18yrs old and 7 Yr old granddaughter have just stayed here for a week in room 610 and 611. This place is absolutely amazing it has catered for us all in every way . The food is really good , plenty of choices and the snack bar is really good and serves fresh from 11am to 5pm . The staff are so friendly and our housekeeper Katerina was absolutely lovely. She left our room spotless every day and was always smiling . Johnny and Agapi on the front desk couldn't do enough to help us and Nikos the bar tender was so friendly he always made us smile. We have had a lovely time and will definately be returning as soon as we can. Highly recommend this hotel and all the staff
N	Natalie Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms run down.tennis court burnt. All inclusive very poor for english lived on chips and bread all week specially after finding ant in the naan bread. When windy it shook the roof and all dirt and grit came down into our food and drinks. It was all cold maybe luke warm some times. Pool bar was ok but staff bit rude . Drinks was shocking rola cola but worse had to keep going supermarket for decent drinks including the alchol. No entertainment this might be due to early in season but if advertise entertainment there should always be some kids was bored apart from 4pm when football was on. Pool ice cold

The staff are friendly and eager to help.The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, they have a balcony air con, fridge and hot shower. The food is varied and plentiful with something to eat for everyone although the dining room gets busy so pick a quieter time if you can. There's also an all day snack bar.There are large pools with children's play areas and games.The all inclusive drinks are local but we enjoyed the wines and beers. We arrived early April but the resort doesn't seem to get going until mid April so many shops bars and restaurants were still closed.The hotel is outside of the main resort but there is a bus stop next to the hotel . The local buses are cheap and go to several resorts east and west of Hersonisos but can get busy. Be careful of taxi prices, they can be expensive. There are local companies doing trips, we went on two and thought they were great value. The only big negative for us was the lack of evening entertainment in the hotel, a singer, band, quiz or Greek night would have stopped the evenings being a bit boring with people staring at their phones. All in all we had a great time in the Greek sunshine

Staff offered great service, food was homecooked buffet style - still offered a nice Greek experience. Plenty to explore around, providing you're willing to walk or hire a car. I met another solo traveller and hiked a mountain and through Krista gorge, also saw some lovely secluded beach spots. Thanks Mediterraneo :]

The distance to the city is walkable, but isn’t very nice at night. If you’re looking for an all inclusive with a nice spot, go to the other side of the island :)
T	Tashica Loo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel. The service was perfect. Food was great and I loved the idea of more than 1 pool. The only downside for me was there were too many stairs to get to my room but this is due to the hotel being on a hill but otherwise was perfect. I will be returning with my little one as its the perfect family accommodation and location
P	Paul Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to the hotel at 4am after a long day, found the night shift reception guy very off.. Room was OK with two single beds in one side and one double on the other side of the bathroom. Room needs updating but comfortable enough Pools, two of them one is quilter than the other, water side on one. Beds get full up early doors so will need to be quick getting one. Some are falling apart. Drinks for me not enough choice and to be given plastic cups at night is so annoying, if you pay for a drink you get it in a glass. Why not serve glass at night? Food for me wasn't great, yeah there is a lot there but not great quality. But the most annoying thing for me is people pushing in. Nobody as any manners anymore. Entertainment at night isn't great, not a lot going on. Going to town is a 2.5k walk along a quick road, getting to the beach is under the road. Please bear in mind at night it's dark not much street lighting around. Star beach is worth going if you have kids, looked free to me Other staff seem friendly
