The staff and the quality of the installations was fantastic! Prices will be much better than in the center of Fira or Oia, and while it's a little walk from the city, the rest will compensate; also the walk to the city is not bad at all, specially if you rent a car, ATV, or Scooter.

Such a great place. Great service, food and wine with terrific views. Thank you all. You made our visit to Santorini a memorable one.

I’d heard some positive things about the hotel and stayed for one night following cancellation of a ferry. The pictures showing our standard double room were inaccurate and we ended up in probably one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were two singles, the decor was extremely dated, the shower room had a shower tray which didn’t fit the width of the room and had a flimsy curtain so the room simply filled with water not to mention it was absolutely tiny. The door was poorly fitted with a breeze and noise coming through. The curtain was a thin piece of material so offered very little privacy and light reduction in the early morning, it also didn’t fit the window. The place it’s self was run down (needs a lot of repainting) and the garden is dilapidated at best. The layout I find a bit strange and the staff weren’t the most attentive and friendly in all honesty. Hate to give a negative review but I paid a decent bit of money for this night and I must be honest - this was a really poor experience.

Nice location ,rooms really need updating when we first got there it smelt really musky but got use to it after a day after we left all windows open bathroom door handle kept falling off Kids rooms were in basement tiny it was ,it was an updated room but still wasn't great All 3 stars are for the chef and staff ,fed us well for 5 nights and days , they did there best could be so much better

The hotel staff were very friendly and the room cozy but a bit far from the city center (within walking distance but it's a hike for sure). I would suggest renting a scooter or ATV and explore. If you have the hotel get a taxi for you to Oiu you will pay about 45 Euros. Make your own arrangements, it will save you lots of money or rent a scooter.

Just outside of Fira (15 mins walk). Quiet location with a nice view of the city and the sea. Rooms are clean and look newly renovated. The staff is professional and friendly. We stayed for 1 night with dinner and breakfast and were very satisfied with the quality. We recommend this hotel for it's price vs quality.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my sister! The staff were amazing and super friendly especially Gabriel at the front desk, Pamela and Chef (i forgot to ask for his name!) They all went above and beyond for us! Chef made the most amazing food and catered to us as we are vegetarian. We miss Beigi the cat also! Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful island. Love and light from the two sisters x

I recently just stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend, we had an awesome experience! All the employees were so accommodating and made us feel so welcomed! Gabriel at the front desk went above and beyond to help us, he gave us the best recommendations for our every need, he set up reservations for us, and called around different places to accommodate us, he really made us feel at home and relaxed making sure we did not lift a finger when arriving carrying our huge heavy bags around. Along with the chef he was was great, the food was amazing and he was so kind and caring! Everything was nice pristine and clean! I hope to be back at Milos villas some day!
