Some of the pictures you have seen when researching this hotel, are not exactly as it appears!! More than adequate bedroom space with such a small toilet area with the shower literally next to you..I tackled the curtain many times! The outside views are all that's romantic about this place, set on a mountainous island you are able to relax and take in the vast views! I highly recommend hiring a quad bike or car, as I did not. The island is so small you could travel the whole island in a day by vehicle..with that in mind, taxis are somewhat of a pain! I only went for a short amount of time so the hotel chosen was barrable for two days, but if staying longer I'd pay more and look for something in centre Fira.

Location is perfect if you take sea facing room. The view is breathtaking, and its very affordable as far as that view go. Many hotels will sell the rooms must costly than this. Perfect morning to wake up to. Rooms are clean and staff is perfect. Its a bit of walk to go to the center location where you get buses and everything. we reached very late around 1am and the staff waited for us to checkin and showed the room nicely.

The hotel is very clean. Everyday we had clean towels. The manager of the hotel is very friendly bring us from the airport for extracost (5 euro per person) and he gave us a map and also explained us where can we go by bus. Every destination is 15 min away from the bus station. The only problem is that the hotel is 15 min away from centre but it wasn t a problem for us. 5 stars for this fotel

We got this budget accommodation for the first night of our three night stay in Santorini. It was disappointing beyond words. We could not get one minute of quality sleep during the night. At around 11pm we could hear the person next door snoring. After midnight, the couple in a neighbouring room woke up and stayed up talking until morning. We were able to hear their whole conversation. Not because they were talking loudly as they weren't, but because the walls of this hotel are extremely thin. We were still grateful though that the sounds were from chatting and not a more romantic activity. The talkative couple also used the bathroom for a couple of times and we heard that too. We also heard noises as if somebody kept dropping things on the floor, moving furniture kind of noises. In addition, there was a TV in the room but no TV controller. There was a piece of paper sticked to the mirror which said 'Do not use the towels to clean makeup! Each dirty towel will be charged ten euros.' The next morning, we were leaving when the receptionist asked my girlfriend for fifty cents 'for taxes'. My girlfriend only had a note of twenty. The receptionist told her to go and ask me if I had had fifty cents. I didn't either so my girlfriend had to go back to the reception to inform the lady I didn't have coins. The positive aspects were that the room was clean, we found a bottle of water in the room, and we had a very polite driver to take us from the airport to the hotel (We found him through the hotel). To conclude, I wouldn't recommend. We wanted to save some money on our first night with this budget accommodation as our flight arrived very late, but it was not worth the exhaustion next day. Or maybe we were just unlucky. Surely if our neighbours hadn't been chatty, we would have been able to get more sleep. But as the walls are very thin, I would particularly not recommend it for light sleepers.

As far as budget hotels go, especially in Santorini, you really can't go far wrong here. It's clean, comfortable, there's a pool and it's got lovely ocean views. The staff here are also absolutely lovely, so so friendly and helpful. They were just great. It's less than 10mins walk to Fira, we did it a few times and it's not too bad but best to rent a scooter/quad/car not least because there is so much to see around the island. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for cheap and cheerful.

The best quality/price option in Fira when renting a car The owners are friendly, they helped us with the transfer from the airport and to rent a car which was dropped off at the hotel. With the rented car, the location is perfect for easy access to the whole island. The facilities are not modern, but the rooms have all the essentials, a comfortable bed, towels, fridge, kettle, hairdryer and air conditioning. The orientation allows you to see a beautiful sunrise (as impressive as the sunset) on the private terrace. The swimming pool is large compared to those on the island. The location is close to the centre of Fira, 15 min walking, but some streets are uphill and without no sidewalk for pedestrians which makes it a bit dangerous if you walk in the night, but it is no a problem if you rent a car. The room is very spacious, but the bathrooms are a bit small.

Although the Location was a bit further from the center of Fira town + you have to walk along the street, still it’s a nice place to say. Rooms where basic but clean with fridge and a balcony. The pool was clean as well. Staff was friendly and helpful and we could leave our luggage until late on our departure day.

Amazing place! The owner is super super nice, he will tell you everything there is to know about Santorini, what places to see, supermarkets, bus stops, you name it he knows it. We asked him for a transfer from the port to the hotel on the day before and he promptly said yes. The room is super cozy with a wonderful balcony. Definitely staying here again if I come back
