Wonderful little family owned hotel. Very quiet, off the main streets. Katerina and family are very friendly and helpful. Water boiler wasn't great, but in the heat that was a minor issue.

Not at all what we expected for the price. Have been traveling 6 months in Europe and rarely have complaints, but this place really disappointed us. First of all, in case you aren't familiar with Santorini (we weren't), the view is over the airport, not the volcano. It's nice but not the incredible views Santorini is known for. When I looked after the fact, you can get a place with the better view for about the same price, or a place by the beach area with a better pool for 1/4 the price. The pool in the photos is smaller than it looks, just small enough to sit in, not really move around. The owner Katarina seems to be very nice but any complaint gets you the Big Fat Greek guilt trip, and suddenly Katarina's excellent English becomes broken, and she doesn't understand what the problem is. The water is not okay to drink, but unlike other places, you don't get bottles of water included, you have to buy them yourself. There was a creepy security camera with infrared lights pointed directly into our room and our balcony; we had to close the window to block it, also blocking out any light. If you spend any time on the balcony, it is staring you in the face. The WiFi was off and on the whole time and only has a decent signal outside the rooms, not inside. The air conditioning didn't work for us, so we had to open the window (we found out late at night when reception was closed, so we couldn't get it fixed until another day). The noise from the road nearby is so loud you can't sleep with the windows open anyway; lots of tourists screeching along the roads with loud motor bikes and 4 wheelers as late as 2am. You have to turn on a breaker switch and wait 10 minutes to get hot water and then they want you to turn it off for them; I expect this for a room I'm paying $20 for but not $150. On our last night, she told us that we wouldn't have power the whole next morning, so we'd either have to check out before 8am or go somewhere else for power and WiFi, hot showers, or hot coffee, just minutes before we were going to sleep. No offer for a partial refund or anything to help, just a demand to pay now because the credit card machine won't work in the morning. At 6am that morning, there were workers stomping around on the roof of the building, waking us up. I would never stay here again and wish we could have left early.

Beautiful, modern and clean rooms. The matresses and pillows are good quality. The suite with the jacuzzi is amazing and has great view! The 24-hour hot water is a big plus. Katerina is very kind and gave us useful information. 100% recommended!

Excellent accommodation and great location! Katerina the owner of the Villas was very kind and friendly to make us feeling like to be at home. Highly recommended place to spend your holiday in unique Santorini!!!

Host: really friendly, Katerina & her husband helped us from start to finish. Accomodation: 10/10 fantastic, the hot tub in our suite was excellent, super relaxing and very very clean. Bed was very comfy (good firm mattress) + extra blankets. Air-con in the main room & bedroom, which was great. Full kitchen facilities too which is handy. Location: excellent, just 5-8 mins walk from all the main restaurants & bars, but far enough that it's very peaceful. Just perfect. There is a hill to get to and from the suites, so if you have mobility issues, this may be challenging, but if not, it will not be an issue. Such is the nature of Santorini, it's hilly! ☺️ Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back?

Very clean, cycladic style decorated room. The location is top. You can visit thira center and caldera by foot (which i recommend you do, instead of moving around with a car). There is free parking in the price of the room. We had all the amenities, we need. Myrto is an amazing hostess, very friendly, very informative and we had no problem in our communication.

The BEST stay EVER! KATERINA is the kindest sweetest soul.. she treats you like family.. im still staying at the hotel and I already decided to write a review.. her son is also so kind and helpful.. im so glad I picked this place.. you will definitely NOT regret staying here!

We splashed out for the One-Bedroom Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub and it was so luxurious and private. Katerina is so friendly. The rooms were clean, modern and had a lovely style. Wish the room had a caldera view, but the ocean view was lovely! Also for the price paid, some breakfast included would have been nice. On our last night, the heating went out so it meant a cold shower. Katerina apologised and obviously things happen, just something to note as it wasn't fixed until the next morning.
