I only have words of praise for this location. Well-positioned in Imerovigli, Phaos Suites is the ideal point of departure for your excursions in Santorini. Oriented to the east, we had the most beautiful mornings, pampered by the breakfast they arranged on our own terrace, and in the evening we just crossed the street and could enjoy the famous sunsets in Santorini. The staff is very friendly, I was pleasantly impressed by how helpful Giannis was and all his recommendations. He helped us with the transfer to the airport, with the half-day trip to see the sunset (fully worth it) and with various recommendations that made our vacation more beautiful. Fotini was also a pleasure for us, being very kind and friendly. Every day she brought us the well-arranged breakfast with a smile on her face and had only warm words for us. She definitely made our mornings more beautiful. We will gladly return next year to see the progress of this wonderful hotel and to meet again with this kind staff. We also enjoyed the cat that visits us daily, Neli. Being cat owners, it was a blessing for us to be close to the cats even on vacation. In conclusion, choose Phaos Suites Santorini if you want peace and quiet area, good breakfast, hospitable staff, fabulous sunrises and a central location close to Fira and Oia.

Lovely place! Apartment was spacious and clean and it was super quiet yet close to the action. Really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the sunrise from the balcony!

The owner Giannis was very welcoming to our party. The very first morning we had breakfast on our patio and we met lovely Faye. She treated us like family from the minute we met her and she made sure that our every need was met. The whole staff was accommodating and nice BUT Faye was exceptional. She alway had a smile and happy greeting no matter how busy she was. Thank you all for making our vacation amazing.?

The staff and ownership were just awesome. They treated us like family - they felt like family. The owner - Giannis was so welcoming and accommodating anything we needed or make reservations on things like car rentals, speed boat cruises, atv and scooter rentals he was on it. Fey the manager was awesome and keeps things in order, Giannis is lucky to have her as she's very valuable to the company. The cleaning staff was just pleasant to see every morning as well. You will get to see the sunrise at this location and the BREAKFAST IS AMAZING! Just make sure you put in your order before 10pm. But don't hesitate on booking this place as the value for this is the best on the island.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was incredibly well run and very clean! The family running the hotel couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! The breakfast was 10/10 and very reasonable (it was brought to your room and probably the best we had in Greece) Hotel also offered the most idyllic views!

We stay at Phaos from 15 to 17 October. It was really nice and the manager was very helpful with some recommendations. The view from the room was wonderful, especially for the sunrise. The lady who bring us the breakfast makes us feel like family. She was so polite and warm. We hope will be back again.

My wife and I stayed at Phaos for our honeymoon in September and absolutely loved this place! The owner and his family made us feel right at home with a true Greek hospitality. We loved the breakfasts and the maid service was wonderful (especially from our sweet friend, Fotini). Highly recommend the stay!
