Raki Ba Raki - Ραδαμάνθυος 16

We had as main dish sizouma and oxtail. Sizouma was an interesting dish to try. The appetizer eggplant salad was really flavourful and rich in taste. The restaurant offers many Cretian dishes with reasonable price. I would recommend this restaurant.

Very authentic restaurant in heart of Rethymno Old Town with excellent food. We ordered Oxtail and Lamb of the Day which are simply perfect and a must try. Tsikoudia and home white wine are really smooth. Atmosfere is pleasant representing a true spirit of Old Town. To summarize, very good prices for large portions in excellent ambient with nice staff!

Very interesting place, have a very nice fusion of traditional cuisine with modern vibe. Staff is very friendly. Ambient of the restaurant is very lively. It is the best to try some local meals and dessert is a must. They have the best desserts that I have tried on Crete. And of course if you love beer try Charma local Cretan draft beer.

A lot of variation on the menu. Authentic greek food in a different way. Pleasant atmosphere. Service a little slow but friendly !

Situated in an alleyway, this restaurant serves one of the best salads we had (Raki ba raki salad), with amazing dressing and ingredients that went so well tgt. Mains were amazing as well with the pancetta almost melt-in-mouth. Was served some traditional raki at the end of the meal that is supposed to aid in digestion. Worth a visit if you’re passing by this village.

You order the most expensive meal (Tuna pastrami) and they forget to bring part of the dish. The Octopus was good in taste but really small portion. Was expecting more after 4.5 rate…
