BUT the service we got from Rita and her staff made up for it big time, being picked up free of charge from the port was a bonus and having the pool there is good to. It's close to the village, churches and you can get a bus to the beaches if needed too (bus stop around the corner).

Our stay was made very comfortable by the host Rita and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities on offer. The elevated situation offers a spectacular view over the port of Ios and the sunset can be enjoyed either from the poolside or the balcony of any sea view room. Conveniently located within a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Chora, and bus stop directly outside the property on the main road.
M	Miss Elle B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant hotel! friendly staff, very clean hotel the exterior was just beautiful keeping in line with the islands white and blue colours, which not all the budget hotels seem to do. The swimming pool was amazing with stunning views. Rita prepared a tasty breakfast and was always there to help if you had questions. Thank you Rita for a wonderful stay
