★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kwam 2 uur later dan afgesproken om de auto op te halen en toen bleek, ondanks een aanbetaling de auto niet meer beschikbaar. Kon ik dus terplekke een andere auto regelen. Ben benieuwd of ik de aanbetaling nog terug krijg.
Geboekt via carjet. Zeker geen aanrader dus!!
I came 2 hours later than agreed to pick up the car and then, despite a deposit, the car was no longer available. So I was able to arrange another car on the spot. I wonder if I will get the deposit back.
Booked through carjet. Definitely not recommended!!

Véhicule propre ??remise et restitution du véhicule sans problème. Bon rapport qualité prix petit plus on ne fait pas la queue comme les grandes enseigne de location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seemed nice but then they decided to cancel the car we had booked over 2 weeks in advance.
They canceled 2 days before our vacation (invoking some covid unrealistic reason that would not have applied to the 8 days we wanted to book the car for...).
Of course in busy season we were unable to find another car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience with Sterling, booking via Car Jet. We could communicate easily via Whatsapp. Iris was very kind and went out of her way to pick us up at our hotel. We had a great little Fiat, just a few years old. I would rent from them again!
