★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. We originaly rented an aygo and then were given a Yaris at no extra charge.....Maria was excellent at helping us and suggesting where we go on the island. Overall we had a tremendous experience and highly recomend you guys! Keep up the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we arrived after 10 pm we had to pay 22 euro, extra, duh the plane did not land earlier...as we drove off a triangle warning sign lighted up, we drove back, not to worry said the guy, the mechanics never reset te lights after service. A week later there was the second light burning! This time the shape of a moterblock, we called Maria, same story, no reset after service kind request to call the mechanics instead of her. Royal you have to deliver save cars without warningsigns at any time of te day according to flightplans!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worning, Don't Rent from this company ever . When I return the car they charged me for 30 minutes late 30 euro fee. Plus they show me a scratch that I didn't do ever in my life. A scratch that you can barely see And claimed that I did it. I'm with my wife and with a baby and they have no mercy as I had a flight to catch and they didn't release me until they charged me 372 euro.
A rip off. They are bad people Don't ever rent from there. BIG WARNING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal Rentals were great. I had booked too small a car for our luggage so I swapped it for a larger hybrid car which was excellent. Lovely to drive and incredibly clean. They made it super easy to change the car and were incredibly helpful about everything. When I returned the car Manos even then drove my daughter and I over to the airport terminal entrance and dropped us there to make it easier for us to manage our luggage. Thank you so much!
