★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic! They contacted us with WhatsApp to confirm our arrival and helped us with any questions we had. The hotel room and other space were gorgeous! Location is right next to an old castle and you can easily walk around the old town. Athina at the desk is very friendly and made us feel welcome already before we arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to couples. Breakfast was served in another building right around the corner, and it was possibly the best I've ever had. I don't usually write reviews but this time it was fully deserved. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was quite small and not convenient at all (basin sink within same area of the bed.) The sheets were old and were not large enough to cover the whole mattress - unacceptable. The shower was blocked , and all the water was pouring out - we were not able to take a shower comfortable at all. Do not recommend this place for the price they request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried their best. But neither was the pool open (not mentioned on their booking website) nor did they served the advertised „rich breakfast“. They didn’t communicate in advance that the place where they usually serve breakfast was closed.
But at that point we already booked everything including breakfast. Unfortunately without the possibility to cancel the booking and move to another place.
