★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car is good, but the collection arrangement isn't. Customers are not collected from airport but are expected to walk 50 metres to their office. This wasn't explained. The route isn't clear & is unlit. Beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steer away from Gelasakis if you're looking to rent a car. Liers and unprofessional. I have booked an Automatic Fiat Tipo a week before our holidays, then the day before "all of sudden" the car broke down and after that they were trying to rent me the manual model (which has a less powerful motor), with multiple excuses of why the auto model will not be available. Long story short, i've lost half a day dealing with them, trying to get my money back (they charged of course the fuel - not caring for the whole inconvenience they caused) and find a car from another agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. No proper communication/coordination between the workers. The fuel was almost empty when we got the car. The car had a bit of an issue with starting at least three times. We requested drop off at the airport but they made us drop the car off at the offices, then we had to walk to the airport not to mention no one was there to service us, even though they said they would be there on the phone. The man that gave us the car and handled all the paperwork was the most rude person I met on this trip. For the prices they have, I expect better services. Wouldn't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service for this value. I rented for 7 days with 208€. I give 4/5 stars, because they charged 800€ for deposit (instead 600€ as was written on their website) and even if I upgrated from Suzuki Swift (which was their first option) to a VW Polo(or similar) for plus 20€, I got a Suzuki Swift (they told me that Polo and Swift are in the same category). I recommand you to not upgrade for something better if a pop-up will appear when you book the car on the website, because, most probably, you will receive the cheapest one.
PS: The fuel policy is not full to full, so you have to return it as you received it.
