Rental Center Crete - Chania Airport - Ioannis Daskalogiannis Airport

The representative was on the airport. He filled out the papers at the terminal, before we can see the car. We paid for a new car but we got a 20 year old bad smelly car. I paid full insurance on rentalcars.com, but because I had no credit card, I had to pay 65 euros for another insurance but that was fine. When we saw the car we complained but because they dont changed the car ér reclaimed back the money. When the representative said he give back the money, but he stole 65 euros from the bankcard, because we can not read the grece writing. On the end, we gone to the police. I dont recomend this company for no one.

Everything was really perfect! The kindness of staff, the safety of the full-insurance package and the how easy was to deal with them on paperwork during checkin/checkout at Chania Airport. Will be happy to return a rent a car from you company next year

I was waited at the airport, driven at their rental center(very close to Airport) and în max 10 or 15 min. i got the car, a Hyundai i 10, white, with only 40000 km... nice and clean. I rent the car for 1 week and really worth it. I was able to see so many beautiful places in Crete all this time. At return they made a verry short visual inspection, în just 2 minutes they drive me back to airport. Thank you for your good services and hope to see you soon again.

Used quite a few times and have always had reasonable cars. Friendly and efficient pick up and drop off. Filling in the express pick up form on line makes collecting the car really quick. Have only used from Heraklion airport and will definitely use again.

I really wished to give you guys 5 starts because everything else was perfect except for the part when we had problem with returning the car. We were in the Thomas cook airlines when it went bankrupt so our flight got cancelled from 13:00 to 2am, so I called the company and asked if we could keep the car until we get to the airport and would gladly pay the extra charge. They said its fine but we have to return the car before 21:00 because the office closes then. So we asked is there anyway we could return the car later or if they could come pick up the car since we didn't want to wait at the airport for 4 hours, but they said that the manager said it is not possible. I was just wondering that your website has option to return the car till 23:50 but why was not possible for us to bring it back then? How would you deal with the costumer that has chosen the return time after 21:00? Other than that, the staffs were very kind and helpful.

I recommend this car rental. Easy getting the car and even easier to return it. We had no problem and you are fully insured in the prices. Even 1 additional driver is included where other car rentals take a lot of money. The Car was a bit poor equiped, no bluetooth, no navigation, no surround sound system but thats fine.

Great service. All inclusive prices with CDW insurance, free additional driver, free baby seat and fair fuel policy. The office is a 1 minute drive (pick up and drop off) from the airport. Quick paperwork process if you upload all driving licence info to their website. I booked a VW polo equivalent and was given a Hyundai i20 which was great. Would definitely use again

One of the best car rental services I’ve ever used. Smooth pick up and drop off during night hours in the Chania airport. I booked a VW polo or similar and was given a Suzuki Swift Hybrid, which performed well in the mountains while consuming very little gasoline. The car was new and very clean.
