★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend them high enough! Autotrip qouted the cheapest price for our dates so I was very sceptical about the company and was a bit scared of being scammed. However after reading multiple great reviews I decided to book ahead especially when the price included full insurance. I had to change my reservation to automatic Toyota very last minute but they were more than helpful and this did not cause any issues. Also, if I needed anything they were always very quick to respond. Litsa met us in the airport and made as feel very welcome. She was very friendly, smiling and helpful with everything and made us a huge personal favour which I'm very grateful for! Thanks again Litsa for everything and we will definitely be renting from yourselves in the future. Speaking of the car, it was lovely, brand new, clean, no issues at all. 5* out of 5*!

Communication with emails in order to book the dates I needed was simple and when I called them on the phone I spoke with Maria who was very kind and helpful. No deposit or hidden fees, the car I was given was a KIA Stonic which was brand new and really clean. I highly recommend this rental company and will definitely book a car with them next time I need it. Thank you Autotrip for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was ok. Booked a new car, a Hyundai i20, got an upgrade to a new Toyota Yaris (7500Km onboard) that had a better price. It had pretty good features. We drove almost 1000km in 8 days with a average consumption of 5.1 / 100km. We paid 295 euro for renting this car and 92.4 euros for petrol for 975 km. We picked up the car in Heraklion airport and dropped it off in Chania airport. I consider it a great deal in 2021.
