Our plane had hardly landed when we got the information where our car was. The staff was very friendly, the car was in a very good condition and freshly cleaned and disinfected. We even had a CD on the radio that was put together for us. In the last years we have always booked our rental cars through other providers, from now on we only book through Magic Cars. The location at the airport is perfect, the service is top and the price even more. Thanks for everything!
o	ol sh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was suspicious of the company's solid 5-star rating, but still decided to rent from them based on their prices, cars choice, and policies. Everything turned out perfect, our car was even better than we ordered (open top instead of an ordinary one). The pick-up and drop-off were smooth, we had full CDW so didn't have to worry about any scratches whatsoever. Additional driver is included into the price, as a nice bonus.

We followed the recommendations and where not disappointed. Very good price-quality ratio. The drop off was very easy, no taxes, no hidden fees, this is how rentals should be.

This family run company provides everything you could want in a car rental company - fantastic cars (mostly new but never older than 2 years, and always in top condition), superb service, and highly competitive prices. Marios speaks perfect English, Russian, Italian, French and I think German! We never use anybody else. Very highly recommended.

If you want to have such a feeling book the car with this company! Honestly the best experience with a car rental company in my life. Super friendly and helpful staff. Marios did his best from the 1st minute to make things easy for us. Explainig the rules, tips for our trip, showing the nice places & (local) restaurants on the map, and after 10 minutes we were on the highway toward our hotel. Cars are new, ready to ride, low KM, and in a very good condition. The prices are cheaper than other companies around. Company is located exactly in front of the Exit door of the Heraklion Airport. (Only 1 minute walk!) We had a Toyota Aygo with sunroof! I would highly recommend Magic Tours company, and would definitely call them again next time! Thank you! :)

While giving back the car, owner took me to the departures, beacuse it was raining, so I wount get soaked. Very nice and I fully reccomend them!

He makes sure you are fully satisfied and gives the most professional and generous service. The car was great. It was very clean, safe and comfortable. We've rented it for two months and couldn't be happier (also from the price we paid comparing to what we got). Also, the counter is a minute away from the terminal's exit.
