Wir haben über den Check 24 Gold Club bei Europrent Caldera ein Auto der „gehobenen“ Mittelklasse ausgeliehen und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Wagen war in einem sehr guten Zustand, hatte lediglich einen Kilometerstand von knapp 50.000 und ließ sich einfach fahren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service durch Isabelle. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung - sie wartete bereits am Ausgang mit einem Schild auf uns und brachte uns bequem zum Standort des Autos. Leider ist uns jemand in das parkende Auto gefahren, auch hier wurde die gesamte Abwicklung sehr unkompliziert und einfach durch Isabelle geregelt. Zu guter letzt mussten wir sie noch einmal in Anspruch nehmen, weil unser Flug wegen eines Streiks annulliert wurde und wir den Wagen daher am Flughafen von Heraklion statt in Chania abgeben mussten. Auch hier wurde alles sehr kulant geregelt und wir konnten das Auto ganz unkompliziert gegen einen fairen Aufpreis von 90 € für den Transfer am anderen Flughafen abgeben. Nochmals tausend Dank für die persönliche und super liebe Betreuung!

We rented an "upper" middle class car from Europrent Caldera through the Check 24 Gold Club and were very satisfied. The car was in very good condition, had just under 50,000 odometer reading and was easy to drive. The service by Isabelle deserves special mention. Our flight was delayed - she was already waiting for us at the exit with a sign and conveniently took us to the location of the car. Unfortunately, someone drove into our parked car, and here, too, the entire process was handled very easily and simply by Isabelle. Finally, we had to use them again because our flight was canceled due to a strike and we had to drop off the car at Heraklion airport instead of Chania. Here, too, everything was arranged in a very accommodating manner and we were able to hand the car over to the other airport very easily for a fair surcharge of €90. Once again, a thousand thanks for the personal and super loving care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office not far from airport terminal exit, made a call they collected us in 2 minutes. Quick with the paperwork. Friendly staff. Lovely little car, great value. Hand back swift, and seemed simple enough, and they delivered us back to the terminal.
