S	Susan Hambrook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved this hotel. We have just returned from 2 weeks there and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Ideally located for the beach and for public transport to Old Town. The place was kept spotless, the staff were great, there was some sort of entertainment on site every evening. Food was plentiful and varied both morning and evening. One of my children is a vegetarian and one is extremely fussy but they both found a good choice to eat. Yes, definitely a good holiday.

No complimentary soaps. - Personal is not friendly at all, very bad service. - You have to pay for your drinks, even tho we payed for half pension. - No internet in the rooms, even in the hall is very bad. This hotel does not deserve good reviews, don’t believe them. Disgusting!! ?

d	denis lynch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned home after spending two weeks in the Golden Beach hotel Rethymno Crete,our third time to stay in this wonderful hotelThe staff are amazing and friendly each and everyone of them, This hotel has all you could ask for right on the beach, two pools great food ( great Chef ) entertainment most nights, Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday, all the staff take pride their work and it shows,Thank you one and all for making our holiday special 10 out of 10 to management and staff we will return
C	Corruption on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my Family were really disappointed to see our room was, it stink when we came in and there dirty marks on mattress, we had to change room after this. The food is horrible, I rather eat raw chicken then having their food. Most of it were left overs or the same food for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. There was another thing that was really disappointing was that you had to pay for internet for your room or use the internet from the lobby which had horrible WIFI. The pools were okay but the pools had loads of dead insects or things in the pool that you will not like. This one is the last and probably the most worst one is that whenever you sleep and become awake to start your day, you would see bites around your body, and the thing is it wasn’t even the insects or mosquitoes bitting us it was something in the bad like bed bugs. The reason why am saying this is because after when we told about this, they cleaned or mattress and then the next time we slept we had no bites. Overall I would recommend not going here but go to the hotel next to it called “Rammos”, we checked it out and everything was amazing and clean and we had food their for the last time in our trip in Bodrum and it was amazing, so if you think of booking here in Golden beach hotel, I would not think it’s convenient to do it.
S	Sam Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam Baker Fabulous place Just arrived back from 7 days at this fabulous hotel. The staff are so welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. We arrived after midnight and not eaten, young barman informed us that food had been saved for us. Such a lovely young man. Our room was perfect, good aircon and extremely clean and tidy. Theres a mini fridge and safe. Our balcony was not quit sea view but we were glad as it was more private. The restaurant was very good, there was always a really good choice. Breakfast there was plenty. Lovely breads, cooked breakfast and fresh fruits. Plenty of hot or cold drinks. Fresh salads, vegetables and a mix of meats, fish and vegetarian dishes. Plus a really good choice of cheese and desserts. The hotel has 3 pools, a childs and 2 larger pools. Which are lovely too. All the staff work so hard.
