★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a car in advance to our holiday; went very smooth. Fast response time. Paid cash on the spot. Also glad to have taken the full package insurance wise; roads ain't always that pretty in Crete and a Greek guy decided to park his car in ours so had a bit of damage. Kappa responded very nice when contacted; solved it fast and no hassle afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best car rental experience I have ever had. Very reasonable rates for 7 seater with kids car seats and extra driver at no charge. Very reasonable surcharge for full insurance. No big fuss or hold on the credit card for fuel. But beyond that, car had trouble on a remote mountain road and they came INSTANTLY from airport with a replacement car. No hassle at all. Every rental company should be like this.
