Car was not in the best conditions, but when I had a mechanical problem they immediately swap it with another one. In the end I'm satisfied of the service.

I caused a little bit of damage to the car and basically got myself into a situation where they could have easily charged me a lot of money however they decided not to. Thank you Vagelis:) A bigger company like sixt or goldcar would have probably never let me off the hook like that. As per the car we got, everything was as described, no issues at all and as I mentioned they were all very friendly, definetely recommended!

Booked 4 months in advance a Micra, received an old, at least 7 yrs old, peugeot 309 in poor conditions. Car was damaged by sun exposure inside and outside, dirty, bad behaviour on road. First time in my life to have such a bad rented car. Better to change rent company

Hi, we just left our car in the airport and I think everyone should be warned about this company. Since we arrived the problems started, we got a car that was not the one we reserved, it was old, the radio didn’t work, it would vibrate when we went over 60 km/h, and the driver seat belt would go off randomly!!!! We had to call to get another car in Chania’s office. We got another old car that worked better. We had this car for one week and it got a flat tyre, we called and we were told we would get a reimbursement. Everything was fine until today, we left the car at the Airport in Heraklion were we arrived. Once in the office there were two workers, we were attended by the older one. We told him about the reimbursement of the flat tyre and in a very bad tone he told us we would get our money back but this should be covered by us, after arguing about this, since we told him the tyre got flat because of use not by any nail or anything (the guy who repaired it told us!) he was amazed we were charged 20€ for the tyre change (we presented the receipt from the gas station who helped us) he told me to leave the office and threw the reimbursement money to my girlfriends face!!! We told another customer coming in that we would not recommend hiring with them, after this, THE OLD MAN WENT OUT OF THE OFFICE WANTING TO FIGHT ME!!!!! It is amazing that after all the trouble we went through with this company, we were treated this way, and it even more frightening the fact that this type of people is allowed to work in a job that is day to day treating clients that have never been to the island. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!!!

Rented an overly used 2013 car with damaged clutch. The interior was dirty (dusty seats, dead insects in the back). The lady was extremely rude and not easy to talk to regarding a scratch on the door that our insurance covered. We could have rented a better car for a bit extra money but unfortunately didn't. Do not recommend and will never use their services again.

We rented a car which is totally broken. We couldn’t go up the hill and the car stopped randomly on the street. We asked for the other car and had to wait almost 24 hours. Still we didn’t get any refund for the day. No apology, just rude rude rude We tried to talk about this problem and the man in the office said very aggressive, what can I do?! The worst memory of this beautiful island.

The staff is very helpful with any issues so that is something important to take into account. However, the fleet of cars is SO outdated that it is ridiculous. We personally had a few issues that got resolved and they even paid us back for excess gas.

SK RENT DEAD HOLIDAYS is a perfect place to ruin your vacation. At arrival no que. There was a stuff person who told to wait for somebody. Than another stuff person told to wait for somebody. Person who was supposed to give a car asked "do you have reservation"? Yeah. "Good for you!". Than for a week rental as I was asked a 1400 euros deposit. Sure. With this stunning service to never see them back. Came to check 10 other companies. Non of them had deposit more than 350. My only mistake of not checking rating before. Got it with booking.com.
