S	Sam T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute nightmare. Rude staff. Did not have a car for me. Reserved two months ahead of time and gave me excuse about not having an International license which is not required in Greece by any other car rental company . I have rented dozens cars in the past in Greece and my Canadian Drivers Licence was fine. When I challenged them they were rude and said they were sold out and had no automatic cars left. Don’t rent from this company.
R	Rosita Auriemma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should have been a good experience but it wasn't. We have booked through Ryanair at Green motion specifying the time of arrival. When we arrived at green motion desk, we were literally forced to pay 25 euros because, according to the rules of Green motion, a surcharge is applied if the collection took place after the working hours. Obviously there was no trace of this clause in our contract sent to us by ryanair. We have paid after complaining because we had no other options (I’m travelling with 2 children).Conclusion = the customer is systematically paying the lack of transparency of both ryanair and green motion regarding elements on which he has no influence. So very bad experience.

S	S Algo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! They are unethical and the lady staff very rude and unprofessional. We were tried to be taken advantage for damaged that were already there. Given dirty, dusty car and returned it clean and was overly scrutinized to the point it was an obvious routine foe this place. The deal may seem to be right but not worth the aggravation and lack of professionalism. I have travelled all over the world and rented cars hundreds of times. This by far is the most negative, questionable and unethical experience ever. Stay away
T	Toni Adamski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Green Motion for 3 yes now, and have never had any problems with their vehicles, and their Staff are Superb!! Maria + Stella and all staff at Chania are very polite, and happy friendly people!! Give them a try,!!??
L	Lars Völkner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why the reviews are so bad. Yes, they block close to $1000 on your credit card but that should not be an issue with a decent limit. Nice staff, quickly in and out, good car.
J	Janri Kallas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHEAP BUT WITH A CONDITIONS. I booked the car at last minute. Very friendly and polite customer service with fast replies. We drove 1400km. Car was ok. Tires were at minimum so it was little bit slippery to drive. Be aware that they require CREDIT card and they will CHARGE 900€ from there. They wont make exceptions. If you dont carry credit card, then you need to buy the "full insurance" and then its not required. I really dont understand why dont they just accept normal debit card. If they charge, its the same.
