Used in the past but now fabricating damage and over charging for repairs and expecting the excess protection to cover the customers costs. Same experience as some other reviews and so it seems the company relies on customers picking up the end of year tab for complete body work repairs

A	Andreas Tsopelas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read other reviews here and realize that they ran same scam with me as with others. - Found car in unbelievable low price. - Got different car than what i had booked. - Was asked to buy full insurance, which I didn't. - When returning the car they found a scratch that i don't remember doing myself. - Got charged 450€ for it. One year later, after having contacted greek consumer protection authorities for this case, I am still waiting for them to provide proof of repairing the damage, as they should.
m	maisam tahir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best car rental experience ever!!! we arrived midnight 1.00 am and i was not expecting such a nice interaction considering the time. we had pre-booked the car with full insurance, picked and left the car at their airport location. It is walking distance from the airport took us literally 2-3 minutes. Compared to others their price was much better AND 2 child seats were included with the price!!!. Denis was the lady we met and left the car to i must say very professional nice and helpful. I had read other reviews also after booking about the car scratch and dammage etc we received the car clean and expected and after a week with 2 kids it was in pretty nasty/dirty condition. All they did was checked the meter/km and took the keys viola! Perhaps it was with full insurance which was worth it. Thanks for the nice experience and i strongly recommend them.
K	Köhalmi Andras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got a car, literally full of scratches, on each and every part there was a damage, it was hard to look through the windscreen, the fuel rifilling cap kept opening. I am not fussy, was alright for me. Someone in a parking lot did a new scratch on a front door with a key, they charged me 240 EURs (the car could be worth 1.500, Fiat Punto, 2003). It became one of the 20 damages, and i am sure they are not going to fix them. They told me i should have booked an extra insurance... yes true, but i just didn't expect getting ripped off for something like this. I even had some thoughts that the scratch might have been caused deliberately by someone knowing i don't have insurance... will never find out
S	Sarah Pender on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car from Monza cars at Chania Airport, we arrived and straight away we were greeted by a lovely lady worker, she explained the rules, we paid and she was very pleasant and helpful, No deposit or credit card needed which was great! Really no other expenses involved, brought the car back after a week and and they made sure the gas was at the same level and wished us a save flight home! Very straight forward and would definitely recommend ? good little car too!
