B	Born vs. Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RIP-OFF. I made a scratch on a Low-END car and The rear mirror was closed by touching another car IT WAS 100% functional And the glass(not broken) and the frame(not broken) were functional. They made up excuses to over-charge me for the damage, I was INSURED. When asked Why I was paying 350 Euros, for such a little paint job ( a little strip barely visible, im sure they haven't fixed it till this day). The Guy at the Chania Airport Office (with glasses), told me that out of 350Euros, 200 were a fine for wrong surpasing. I paid CASH, without an invoce. I asked the invoice and the 200 FINE was nowhere to be seen. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS TO SEE YOURSELF. Now my employe accuses me of making up facts, will see how this will go.

Their staff went above and beyond when I’d left an item of baggage and my wallet in the car during a confusing transfer of car drop off/ ferry boarding to Santorini. Four days later I was able to retrieve those items while in Athens. So thankful to their staff for helping me with my misfortune. Made my experience here in Greece even that much more unforgettable.

It has now been 2 months and we are yet to receive it back with no communication as to why this has not happened. I would advise anyone else to stay away and rent from one of the bigger companies at the airport.

I was told I should have reported these issues, but it’s the company’s job to check these things before renting out the car. Additionally, the manager was very unprofessional when dealing with the feedback. Lastly, we were given a VW Polo without discount even though a Golf was booked.
M	Marcelo Milare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rental with Trust-Avance was flawless , hustle free , their cars are clean and in a very good condition , you collect your car in the terminal which is great , well they are just a really good rental company for your holidays in Crete but we need to talk about their staff. The staff went above all ours expectation of an amazing customer service , they were friendly , smiley and professionals all you want from someone who is attending you and when we had a return flight canceled they did not hesitate to help us to go trough of what suppose to be a very stressful situation , helping us making everything they could to make things easy for my family. Huge thanks to Asimina , you are an angel and a life saver. You represent all the good and beautiful we found in your amazing island. Thanks.

They didn’t have the car available due to some other’s extension, so they upgraded us for brand new BMW X2 for the same price (!!). Their support, availability and willingness to help and satisfy new clients is really appreciated. We’ll definitely come back to this rental car company again in our next visit in Crete. J	Jeff Seacat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind and helpful people work here. They made sure we were able to get an automatic transmission (I can't drive manual) and allowed us to leave for a flight we were running late for while they were still inspecting the car after return. Highly recommended.
