The new building is nice - decorated neutrally, but we were in the old building which none of the pictures on the website are as dated as the room we did stay in. We were in the family room and although the space was decent in the kitchenette/living area, around the bed/wardrobe/into the bathroom area it is tiny (the wardrobe door bangs into the bed!). The bathroom door didn't even shut as it is poorly fitted into the frame so no chance at locking it. The shower cubicle is tiny - even for someone who is 5ft 1 and petite! And the fan to the bathroom was very rattly and loud which comes on automatically with the light. And with there being no windows into the bathroom every time someone needs to use it the noise would start - not fun when the toilet is being used during the night/early morning! Right outside our room is the hotel pool, which was about 3 steps away from our door. No barrier to the pool So if you have little children you'd need to keep a very close eye on them. There is a very steep cobbled hill to get down to get to the hotel - which most taxi drivers wouldn't go down. So when we arrived from the airport with our suitcases it was quite difficult! And also on the shuttle collection, the taxi asked us to get to the top of the hill to be collected. Cleanliness I would rate at 4*, and friendliness and helpfulness of staff I would rate at 5*. If we had a room in the newer buildings I would say it's worth the money (as we had family staying there we were able to see the difference), but in the room we were in - no chance!

Nice studio, nothing really fancy but rather functional. It's within walking distance from restaurants and night life. If you decide to rent a car while staying here, you need to park on the street.

We stayed in a duplex room with jacuzzi. pros: 1. Room were nice, clean and spacious. 2. After a very tiring day jacuzzi (hot tub in balcony) was a good idea to relax. 3. Bus stop is like 10 mins walk and same is the fira center. 4. Staff members were good. cons: For the people who are looking to stay exactly in the center with a good view, its not a good idea.

We booked this hotel at the last minute after our flight was cancelled. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room is very nice and comfortable and great value for money. We only briefly went to the pool but it is very nice and the overall atmosphere is very nice and relaxing.

Really disappointing. The location was good. Slightly away from the busier parts of the town, but close enough to walk to. Pretty close to the bus stop and lots of great restaurants. You do need to go down a steep and inconvenient hill though. The worst part was the bathroom. The shower was so small I could barely move in it. The shower curtain didn't go all the way to the floor, so water would spill everywhere when you showered, soaking the floor. The bath mat was essentially pointless because of how you would practically flood the bathroom every time you showered. The toilet was positioned against the sink so you had to contort to use the bathroom. The bed was really uncomfortable. The springs were loud and creaky and you could hear and feel every movement on the bed. The A/C made a clicking noise that they fixed but eventually started up again. The pool was tiny and not appealing at all. It wasn't even in the sun, so sun bathing wasn't an option which is probably for the best since they don't allow you to wear sunscreen in the pool. The reception desk was great, but overall, this wasn't a particularly enjoyable stay.

Terrible location. Pictures make it look much nicer. We felt complete scammed and wanted to leave right away. Pictures make it look like a beautiful botique hotel. The reality is very very different . Avoid

The place was acceptable but I wished they could upgrade their air-con because it is very old and noisy. Also the shower curtain is too short so the bathroom would be flooded every time after showering.
