★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal pickup from the airport. All the procedure went very quickly. We could return the car in Heraklion Port, which was perfect as we took a ferry from there. Everything was very uncomplicated, reliable and super friendly. Really an outstanding customer service!

All discussion to book the rental were really efficient, nice and with quick answers everytime.
Our request (2 baby seats for our twins babies) was granted and we were really confident in our booking.
The arrival at the airport was great and nice. We were on the road 20mn after arriving to the airport.
Everything is really included (insurance, baby seat, ...) so i highly recommend booking with automattis :)

The owner was waiting for us at the exit of the arrival outside the airport with a recognizable logo.
We followed him to his location, some paperwork and we drove away 10 minutes later...
The car was a bit used (a little over 100k km) but did the job quite well on the cretan roads.
The return procedure was as easy as to give back the keys and walk away.
Really delighted to have chosen this company.

They brought us the car in front of the hotel. The car was clean and looked brand new. We took a seat Ibiza for two weeks and had no problems.

Our Polo car really did the job then and we were driving with a total peace of mind.
We'd recommend renting an automatic car (more adapted to local roads) with Automattis without any hesitation !

We rented a car, were upgraded and get a bigger one (Peugeot 301).
The car was in perfect condition.
Not much electronics but very clean, inside and outside, no scratches.
Full insurance included.
One person was waiting for us at the airport arrival. Car was stationed 50m away. We took it to go to the booth 200m away (mainly useful for the luggage).
5 mn to sign the papers.
No deposit required.
On return, you just park the car and drop the keys.
Very good experience (much better than Avis or Europcar), I warmly recommend.
Next time we go there we'll use automattis again.
Competitive price, you can pay in cash or credit card. Reservation via email with no advance payment.

Someone came to the airport to pick us up, then we went to their small office to pay (insurance all included) and even got a little welcoming present. The car was clean and very nice. We returned the car back to their office and dropped the keys in a box. Would definitely recommend Automattis ! Thanks a lot :)
