Beforehand, however, pay attention to whether the car is in order, ours had completely worn brake pads.

Für die Abgabe, welche wir um 7:00 Uhr außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten angegeben haben, mussten wir 25€ extra zahlen. Da wir einen Tag vorher angekündigt haben, das Auto innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten wieder abzugeben hätten uns die 25€ zurück erstattet werden sollen.
Das ist leider nicht der Fall…ebenso wurde uns nach einer halben Stunde am Autoverleih nach Anruf mitgeteilt, dass wir keine Person mehr (während der Öffnungszeiten) antreffen werden und den Schlüssel ohne Sichtabnahme in eine Box legen sollen.
Pickup and car were great and the contact was impeccable and friendly.
We had to pay an extra 25€ for the delivery, which we announced at 7:00 a.m. outside the opening hours. Since we announced the day before that we would return the car within the opening hours, the €25 should have been refunded to us.
Unfortunately, that is not the case... also half an hour later, after a call to the car rental company, we were told that we would no longer meet anyone (during opening hours) and that we should put the key in a box without a visual inspection.
